Retail Credit Risk Manager
 
Responsibilities
 
Monitor credit risk and provide charge-off projection of retail portfolio
Prepare reports to senior management on credit risk of retail portfolio
Participate in Basel II, scorecard development, stress test project for retail portfolio
Participate in UAT for Retail Credit Data Mart enhancement and credit rating system implementation
Assists in the implementation of the new internal rating system in the credit cycle management to ensure compliance with the Basel II requirements

Responsibilities
 
Perform individual credit assessment on credit card and consumer loan products in accordance with credit guidelines and designated authority
Participate in a variety of global projects and initiatives
Perform analysis on the credit application and approval process in the region and, any local requirements (including statutory and regulatory requirements) and languages issues, whilst documenting detailed gap analysis
Work with a dedicated project team to conduct feasibility studies and propose the target operating model to perform credit due diligence in the region including organization structure, resource requirements and re-engineering
Develop and implement new processes/ procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow
