You can simply apply for the service via POS machine of Shenzhen Bankunion Easy Business Solution Financial Service Limited ("EBS") in designated bank branches in Shenzhen. Alternatively, you can download and filled in an application form (www.ebankunion.com) and return to branches of Bank of China (Hong Kong), Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chiyu Banking Corporation for application.

The service is only applicable to BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card of Hong Kong region and the account status is valid and in good standing. The service is not applicable to other BOC Credit Card in Hong Kong Dollars, BOC Commercial Card, Purchasing Card, Private Label Card, Intown Card, USD Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Revolving Credit as well as BOC Credit Card and Prepaid Card issued in Macau.

From now till 31st December 2012, Cardholders can enjoy Cross Border Bill Payment Service Fee wavier for posted transactions. From 1st January 2013 onwards, BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd will charge a Service Fee of CNY 8 per posted CUP Cross Border Autopay transaction and debit direct to the BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card CNY account.

The CUP Cross Border Autopay transaction can earn Gift Point (CNY1 = 1 Gift Point), whereas Cross Border Bill Payment Service Fee will not earn Gift Point.
