Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is exclusive to holders of BOC Credit Card, y not Credit Card, U-point Credit Card, BOC Co-brand Card and Express Cash (EC) Card.
2. For a credit card, a handling fee of 3% of the payment value plus HK$20 will be charged for transactions related to the 'banking and credit card' or the 'credit service' categories. For an EC Card a handling fee of up to 2% of the payment value plus HK$20 will be charged for transactions related to the 'banking and credit card' or the 'credit service' categories.
3. Payments to any payee belonging to the Merchant Category of Inland Revenue Department are not eligible for the award of Gift Points.
4. Payment for charges of one BOC Credit Card, such as y not Credit Card, U-point Credit Card, BOC Co-brand Card, RMB Credit Card or Express Cash Card, by another BOC Credit Card or Express Cash Card will not be accepted.
5. The cut off times for payment made through the 'JET PAYMENT' service are 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. For payments made at any other time including Sundays and public holidays, the transactions will be processed on the business day that follows.
