Privilege shall be valid for reservation made from now until 31 March 2013 (both dates inclusive) with no blackout dates. |

Cardholder shall settle all payment including deposit (if applicable) by BOC Visa Commercial card. |

1 day advance reservation by phone, email, fax or over Merchantˇ¦s counter located at the Hong Kong International Airport is required. Reservation within 1 day is subject to availability. |

Privilege is inclusive of driver service tips, luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls and midnight surcharge if any. |

Parking fee will be charged separately upon cardholder's request for parking service. |

Privilege applies to vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Toyota Alphard and Nissan Elgrand upon cardholder's selection, subject to availability. Merchant reserves the right to replace the vehicle of similar grade when necessary. |

Luggage handling limit is subject to capacity of luggage compartment of the vehicle. |

A waiting charge of HK$300 per hour applies for waiting over 20 minutes from the appointment time (except airport pick up). |

An extra HK$100 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination. |

Luggage claim of maximum HK$1,000 is provided for luggage loss or damage. |

50% of total fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment time. |

No shows will be charged in full. |

The promotional period of merchant offer is subject to change without prior notice. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") accepts no liability for any such change and will not notify cardholders separately of any such change. |
