Terms and Conditions:

1. Holders of BOC Credit Card and Credit Card issued in Macau are all eligible for this special offer.  To enjoy this exclusive service, cardholders must settle payment with a BOC Credit Card (Note: Holders of USD Card, Purchase Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card, Esso Private Label Card and Intown Card are all excluded).
   
2.  This priority-booking offer is on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to ticket availability. Seat allocation is also on a first-come-first-served basis, dependent on the booking date and time. Each cardholder (not by card level) is allowed to book a maximum of 20 tickets. Once booking is accepted, the cardholder account, which must be valid and in good standing to allow booking process to proceed, will be debited with the total value of tickets booked and the related handling fee (HK$22 per ticket charged by AEG Promotion Ltd).
   
3. For each booking in excess of 6 tickets the concert organizer reserves the right to allocate separate seats
4. All tickets sold will be sent by ordinary post to the cardholder's designated address by AEG Promotion Ltd (for each order of 4 or more tickets, AEG Promotion Ltd will arrange delivery by "Local Courier Post" and charge an additional HK$22 for a local address and HK$120 for a Macau address). In the event of non-receipt of booked ticket(s) by July 5, 2010, please call AEG Promotion Ltd Hotline: (852) 2854 1362 (10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Mon to Fri) to enquire.
   
5. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") accepts no liability for any matters in relation to the services or products provided by the event organizers. The organizers are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation thereto. AEG Promotion Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for tickets lost in transit if such losses have not been lodged with them at least 10 days prior to the Concert commencement date.
   
6. All ticket(s) booked or delivered cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for refund.
   
7. In case of any change(s) or cancellation of any of the scheduled concerts, or any dispute(s) arising between the concert organizers and the cardholder(s), the concert organizers reserve the right for the final decision at their own discretion.
   
8. One admission ticket per person regardless of age.
   
9. The Company accepts no liability for any matter in relation to the concert and/or the service provided by the concert organizers.
   
10. All admission tickets are further subject to the terms and conditions of the concert organizers.  The Company does not provide a lost ticket reporting service nor does it accept any responsibility for any lost or defaced admission tickets.
    
11. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion or amend its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company and the AEG Promotion Ltd.
    
13. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
