Suspension of certain services due to system maintenance

BOC Credit Card is committed to providing quality services to customers. To enhance our services, we will conduct system maintenance from 1:00am to 6:30am on 10 April 2016 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time). During this period, certain BOC Credit Card/Express Cash Revolving Credit services will be suspended. These include BOC Credit Card websites, Online Services, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Application, WeChat Official Account, Automated Teller Machine operations, "Verified by VISA" service, "MasterCard SecureCode" service and Alipay transactions. Point of purchase transactions will not be affected. We advise customers to make necessary arrangement in advance and appreciate the kind understanding of customers.
