For new card issued under existing BOC Commercial Card account, new cardholder can enjoy first year annual fee waiver and one "Complimentary Plaza Premium Lounge Service". |

The redemption period of the "Complimentary Plaza Premium Lounge Service" will be until 30 Oct 2009. |

The welcome gift offer is not applicable to existing holders of BOC Commercial Card (including VISA Business Gold Card, VISA Business Card or MasterCard Corporate Card), or the card is cancelled on or after 1 July 2008. |

All gifts are available while stocks last. Card Centre reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of a similar value in case of shortage. |

If a cardholder has made multiple redemptions, BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd reserves the right to debit the cardholder's account an equivalent value, that is HK$180 per visit per person, for services enjoyed without prior notice (the "Complementary Plaza Premium Lounge Service" gift is worth $180; Note bag and 24กจ Trolley Case as welcome gift is worth $300). |

The redemption letter will be sent to the cardholder or the Company contact point within 6-8 weeks once the business card (s) have been issued and subject to card status being normal. |

To enjoy the complementary Plaza Premium Lounge Service, cardholders are required to present the redemption letter together with your BOC Commercial Card in person (the card number must correspond with the one shown on the redemption letter) on admission to the designed Plaza Premium Lounge. Companion guest(s) where applicable will be charged $180 per visit per person and the fee will be debited to the respective BOC Commercial Card account. |

BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd accepts no liability for any matter relating to the products or the services provided by Plaza Premium Lounge. The respective service providers are solely responsible for all the obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services. Terms and conditions of the Plaza Premium Lounge also apply. |

The "partial payment" service of BOC Commercial Card is considered case by case and is offered by Card Center at its sole discretion. Separate application is not required. The minimum payment of "partial payment" is 3% of the statement balance or HK$50 whichever is higher. |

Interest rate for retail spending and cash advance are 21% p.a. (APR is 21.78%) and 21% p.a. (APR is 22.99%) respectively. Card Centre reserves the final right to adjust the interest rate without prior notice. |

Card Centre reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Card Centre shall be final. |
