Terms & Conditions of Free Apps Download:

The promotion period runs from now until 31 December 2013 (the ¡§Promotion Period¡¨).
The "Up to HK$10 Spending Reward" (the "Reward") will be accrued on a monthly basis. The accrual will be on a true monthly basis starting from the first day and ending on the last day of each calendar month.
Cardholders of a BOC i-card (the 'cardholders') must fulfill the criteria below to be eligible for the Reward:
 
i) Register to pay for the spending for downloading Apps from App Store & Android Market / Google Play / Play Sotre with BOC i-card.
ii) During the promotion period, in one and the same month download Apps with a BOC i-card with posted eligible card spending of or over HK$1,000 with the same card the cardholder is entitled to receive the Reward for that month.
iii) Eligible Transactions must have been posted to the cardholder account and include such transactions as retail spending/cash advance/Cash Before Card/ Octopus Automatic Add Value Service / posted amount of merchant installment program / online Bill Payment (payments to Inland Revenue Department or under the merchant category of "Banking or Credit Card Service", "Securities Broker", "credit service", charges of annual fee, any handling fee, balance transfer, cash installment plan and any transaction / merchant category as BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") may at its sole discretion determine from time to time are all excluded).
The earned Reward will be credited to the main cardholder account in the month that follows. To receive the Reward the status of the credit card account must be normal, valid and in good standing.
Should a relevant transaction for fulfillment of the spending requirement be cancelled for whatever reason, the Company reserves its right, without prior notice, to debit the cardholder account in reversal of the Reward awarded.
The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the welcome offer or amend the offer terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the Company.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions.

The "10x Online Purchase Reward Gift Points" Offer (the 'Offer') is applicable to BOC i-Card cardholders who make online purchases and online bill payments within the Promotion Period (the "Eligible Transaction") (payments to Inland Revenue Department or under the merchant category of "Banking or Credit Card Service", "Securities Broker", "credit service", charges of annual fee, any handling fee, balance transfer, cash installment plan and any transaction / merchant category as BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") may at its sole discretion determine from time to time are all excluded).
The 10x Gift Points include the basic 1x Gift Point (HK$1= 1 Gift Point) and the extra 9x Gift Points awarded under this Promotion. Each cardholder (per credit card account) is entitled to a maximum of 10,000 extra Gift Points per month during the Promotion Period. The accrual will be on a true monthly basis starting from the second month onwards, that is from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. The Eligible Transaction must be posted to credit card account within 7 days from the transaction date.
The extra 9x Gift Points will be credited to the Eligible Card account of the main cardholder in the billing cycle that follows the posting of the originating transactions.
All fraudulent transaction, unauthorized transaction, unsuccessful transaction, cancelled or refunded transactions will be excluded from this Promotion.
Only cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the reward Gift Points are being awarded will be eligible for the reward. In the event of termination of a credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement or the card account being in default, the Gift Point entitlement will be forfeited automatically forthwith and will not be re-awarded afterwards regardless of the card status.
To confirm the reward gift points earned by each cardholder under this program the Company will authenticate the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardholder records kept by the Company. If the information provided by cardholder differs from that of the Company records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
Should the cardholder commit any abuse or fraudulent act, the Company shall cancel the eligibility of the respective cardholder for the offer and reverse out from the card account reward Gift Points so awarded or debit the account with a sum equivalent to the monetary value of the Gift Points awarded (in the ratio of every 25,000 Gift Points being equivalent to HK$100) without prior notice. In the event of insufficient Gift Points for the purpose as aforesaid, the Company reserves its right to cancel the respective credit card account and/or take such legal actions as may be necessary.
If an Eligible Transaction is cancelled subsequent to the award of the Gift Points, cardholders have to return to the Company the gift points being awarded. The Company reserves the right to debit the credit card account with the Gift Points awarded or, in the event of insufficient Gift Points for the purpose as aforesaid, with a monetary amount equivalent to the value of the Gift Points awarded (according to the ratio of 25,000 Gift Points to HK$100) without prior notice.
The Gift Points awarded cannot be redeemed for cash or resold and are non-returnable as well as non-transferrable.
The terms and conditions specified in the BOC Credit Card "Gift Point Catalogue" also apply.
Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
