Temporary suspension of certain services for system maintenance

BOC Credit Card is committed to providing quality services to customers. To enhance our services, we shall be performing system maintenance from 3:00am to 7:00am on 19 August 2018 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time). During this time, customers may be unable to access certain BOC credit card/ Express Cash Revolving Credit services. These include some local and overseas Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services, internet banking services, credit card online services, card activation, mobile payment registration, SMS message alert services and certain online transactions. We would advise customers to make necessary alternative arrangement in advance and appreciate the kind understanding of customers.
