Temporary suspension of certain services for system maintenance


BOC Credit Card is committed to providing quality services to customers. To enhance our services, we shall be performing system maintenance from 03:00am to 08:30am on 21 October 2018 (Sunday) & from 03:00 am to 06:00 am on 28 October 2018 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time). During this time, customers may be unable to access certain BOC credit card/ Express Cash Revolving Credit services. These include certain online transactions, internet banking services, credit card online services, online card activation, mobile payment registration, SMS message alert services and Alipay services. We would advise customers to make necessary alternative arrangement in advance and appreciate the kind understanding of customers.
