Double Gift Points Offer

On every Saturday and Sunday during the promotion period, BOC Esso MasterCard Cardholders are also entitled to earn double Gift Points* when a single transaction reaches or exceeds HK$500 at any Esso or Feoso service station!

* Each main Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 3,000 extra Gift Points throughout the promotion period.

 
Car Beauty Service

Cardholders simply spend HK$500 or above at Esso or Feoso and bring along the BOC Credit Card transaction slip to Wash & Wax, are entitled to enjoy the 'Exterior Cleaning Service E01' once at a special price of HK$38 (original price HK$100), and the 'Interior Cleaning Service E02' once at a special price of HK$10 (original price HK$100) at the same time.

Terms and Conditions for the BOC Credit Card and Esso Lucky Draw:

  1. The promotion period runs from 2 January to 30 April 2009. There will be 4 lucky draws in total. The draw for BOC Credit Cardholder spending of January, February, March and April will be held on 16 February, 16 March, 16 April and 15 May 2009 respectively.
  2. Each BOC Credit Cardholder is entitled to 1 draw for every accumulated monthly spending of HK$300 or above at any Esso or Feoso service station in Hong Kong ; to 2 draws for every accumulated monthly spending of HK$600 or above, and so on. Each BOC Esso MasterCard Cardholder is entitled to 5 draws for accumulated monthly spending of HK$300 or above at any Esso or Feoso service station in Hong Kong and so on. Lucky draw entitlement is unlimited.
  3. If a Cardholder is not being drawn in the first draw, the entry will be brought forward to the following draw automatically; if the Cardholder is not being drawn in the second draw, the entry will be brought forward to the next draw again, and so on.
  4. All prizes are randomly drawn by computer by BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd. The promotion will have 101 winners every month and 404 winners in total during the whole promotion period.
  5. The monthly grand prize of 1 ton Synergy petrol will be given out in terms of fuel coupons (worth HK$18,200, calculation is based on the pump price of Synergy F-1 petrol as of 16 December 2008). The total value of fuel coupons equivalent to 1 ton of Synergy petrol of each monthly draw grand prize will be subjected to the prevailing pump price of Synergy F-1 on the lucky draw date(s). The value of the awarded fuel coupons will be equivalent to or no less than the value for the winner to redeem 1 ton of Synergy petrol. Monthly grand prize winner can redeem Synergy F-1 or Synergy 8000 with the fuel coupons within the valid date(s) as well as the Terms and Conditions that are listed on the fuel coupons.
  6. This promotion is valid for posted transactions only. All fraudulent, unauthorized, cancelled or refunded transactions are excluded.
  7. The transactions of the main card and the supplementary card will be consolidated in the main card account.
  8. All prizes are not for sale, cannot be returned or converted to cash.
  9. The credit card account must be valid and in good credit condition at the time when the prizes are awarded. If a Cardholder has cancelled or violated any terms and conditions of the Card User Agreement during the promotion period or when the prize(s) is being awarded, the Cardholder will not be entitled to the prize(s).
  10. Lucky draw results will be posted in the South China Morning Post and the Wen Wei Po on 25 April and 25 May 2009. All winners will be notified individually by mail one month after the draw.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Points Redemption Offer:

  1. The promotion period is from 2 January to 31 December 2009 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Cardholder can convert Gift Points to instant cash discount on the basis of every 20 Gift Points equals to HK$0.1 and every 200 Gift Points equals to HK$1 instant cash discount, and so on. The remaining amount must be settled by an applicable BOC Credit Card.
  3. Redeemed Gift Points will be instantly deducted from the Cardholder's account.
  4. Gift Points for redemption can only be pooled by a BOC Credit Card main card account holder from related personal and supplementary card accounts. The offer is not applicable to supplementary Cardholders. Where the Gift Points required for redemption are inadequate, Card Centre will deduct such Gift Points as may be available from other card account(s) of the same Cardholder; it will be deducted from points close to expiry as determined by the computer system. The status of the credit card account must be normal, valid and in good credit condition at the time of redemption.
  5. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
  6. Gift Point for redemption is not applicable to specific products or services of the merchant.
  7. Gift Points valid for redemption are those posted on the latest account monthly statement(s). Where the Gift Points available are inadequate to cover a redemption order, Card Centre will debit the Cardholder's specified credit card account with the remaining amount of the redeemed original price.
  8. Once the redemption transaction has been accepted, no request for alteration, refund or cancellation will be allowed. The redemption fee and the Gift Points deducted will not be returned. The Gift Point redemption terms and conditions also apply. For details, please refer to the BOC Credit Card "Gift Point Catalogue" Issue 11.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd and ExxonMobil Hong Kong Ltd.

Terms and Conditions for Double Gift Points Offer:

  1. The offer is valid for all transactions on every Saturday and Sunday during the period of 2 January to 30 April 2009.
  2. BOC Esso MasterCard Cardholders have to make a single purchase of HK$500 or above at any Esso or Feoso service station in Hong Kong to enjoy the double Gift Points offer. All eligible transactions for each supplementary Cardholder will be calculated as the transactions for the main cardholder .Each main Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 3,000 extra Gift Points during the promotion period.
  3. This offer is only applicable to the transactions posted on or before 15th May, 2009.
  4. The extra one time of Gift Points will be credited to Cardholders' account on or before 15 June 2009 and will be posted in the June monthly statement.
  5. The credit card account must be valid and in good credit condition at the time the extra Gift Points are credited to such account. If the Cardholders have cancelled or violated any terms and conditions of the Card User Agreement during the promotion period or when extra Gift Points are credited, the extra Gift Points will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions for Car Beauty Offer:

  1. Promotion period is valid from 2 January to 30 April 2009, but not applicable on 19 -25 January 2009.
  2. In order to enjoy this offer, Cardholders must present and settle the payment with any BOC Credit Card bearing logo (not applicable to credit cards issued in Macau, US Dollar Card, Great Wall Renminbi Credit Card, BOC Renminbi Credit Card, Purchasing Card, BOC Prepaid Card, Express Cash Card, Intown Card and Esso Private Label Card).
