General Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is available to holders of BOC Platinum, Business, Corporate and Titanium Card issued in Hong Kong and bearing the logo. Holders of Credit Card issued in Macau, Great Wall International Card, US Dollar Card, BOC Renminbi Credit Card, Purchasing Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card and Intown Card and Private Label Card are all excluded from this offer. To enjoy this offer, cardholders must present an eligible BOC Credit Card and settle payment with the same card.
   
2. This offer is valid from March 15, 2009 to March 14, 2010.
   
3. This offer is only applicable to regular-priced movie tickets and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount; nor can it be exchanged for cash or other products.
   
4. This offer is only available at the UA Cityplaza Director's Club.
   
5. Each cardholder (by Hong Kong Identity Card level) can only purchase maximum 2 tickets at the discounted price per show per transaction during the promotion period.
   
6. The '50 % off' privilege is only applicable to shows on Sundays and shows scheduled for the period from 7pm to 10pm on Fridays, including public holidays. For movie tickets for Friday shows scheduled before 7pm and for Monday to Thursday shows (excluded public holidays), cardholders can have 25% off. For all shows on Saturdays (including public holidays), 10% off is offered.
   
7. This offer is only applicable to tickets purchased in advance or on-site at the box office; but not applicable to tickets purchased online, by phone and through house booking.
   
8. This offer is not applicable to films by special engagement with film distributors.
   
9. Discounted ticket price will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
   
10. This promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to ticket availability. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the 'Company') and UA Cinema Circuit Ltd. (the 'participating merchant') accept no liability for any inconvenience caused if tickets on offer are sold out.
    
11. The use of the tickets is further subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cinemas. Tickets sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The Company and the participating merchant do not provide lost ticket reporting service nor do they accept any responsibility for any lost or defaced ticket.
    
12. The Company accepts no liability for any matter in relation to the show and/or the quality of the show and/or the service provided by the participating merchant.
    
13. The Company and the participating merchant reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
    
14. Should there be any dispute relating to this offer, the decision of the Company and the UA Cinema Circuit Ltd. shall be final.
    
15. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the english and chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the chinese version shall prevail.
