Terms and Conditions of "Summer Splash Out Card":

1. A Cardholder can redeem one "Summer Splash Out" Card upon accumulated spending of HK$1500 or above (with maximum 2 sales slips) with an eligible BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card via China Unionpay network in Sogo (Hong Kong) or Hong Kong International Airport during the promotion period. The "Summer Splash Out" Card can only be redeemed at specified booths in Sogo (Hong Kong) or Hong Kong International Airport by presenting eligible sales slip(s). Cardholder can find out the lucky draw result by opening the "Summer Splash Out" Card.
   
2. A Cardholder can redeem the "Summer Splash Out" Card at any redemption booth located at the participating shopping mall / branch of the participating mall by presenting sales slip(s) issued by the same participating shopping mall / branch of the participated mall (i.e. "Summer Splash Out" Card cannot be redeemed at redemption booth of Hong Kong International Airport by sales slip issued by Sogo (Hong Kong), and vice versa).
   
3. A Cardholder can redeem the lucky draw prize(s) at redemption booth located at the participating shopping mall / branch of the participating mall by "Summer Splash Out" Card handed out by the same participating shopping mall / branch of the participating mall (i.e. Lucky draw prizes cannot be redeemed at redemption booth of Hong Kong International Airport by "Summer Splash Out" Card distributed by Sogo (Hong Kong), and vice versa).
   
4. A Cardholder should redeem the lucky draw prize(s) in accordance with the instructions shown in the "Summer Splash Out" Card. For a non Asia Mile member winning Asia Miles, a cardholder will have to apply for membership via registration at the redemption booth and staple the "Summer Splash Out" Card to the registration form and put it in the collection box provided thereat. Asia Miles will then open a new membership account for the winner and credit the Asia Miles into the said account within 6 weeks after the close of the promotion. For a current Asia Miles Member, a cardholder should follow the instructions shown on the "Summer Splash Out" card to fill in the membership code and other information required and deposit the "Summer Splash Out" Card in the on-site collection box. Asia Miles will credit the Asia Miles into the relevant account within 6 weeks after the close of the promotion period. The winner(s) will be disqualified if he/she fails to put the "Summer Splash Out Card" into the collection box(es).
   
5. Staff members of the redemption booth and the participating merchant have the right to verify the BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit card, sales slips and merchant invoice provided by the Cardholder.
   
6. Usage of prizes, air miles and coupons shall be bound by the terms and conditions stated in the "Summer Splash Out" Card and the terms and conditions of the related parties. The prizes, Asia Miles or coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift under any condition.
   
7. Any fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for this promotion. China UnionPay Hong Kong Branch and BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd reserve the rights to cancel the eligibility of any erring cardholder.
   
8. China UnionPay Hong Kong Branch and BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd shall not take any responsibility for any dispute related to the lucky draw mechanism.
