Cheers Promotion Terms and Conditions

3. The order form can be obtained by calling the Cheers enquiry hotline or download from Cheers website.
   
4. The order amount will be debited to the cardholder's specified card account once Cheers received the order. The order will be delivered within 7 days; the delivery date and time will be decided and arranged by Cheers.
   
5. Additional fee applies for arrangement of a special delivery date required by Cardholder. 1. The offer is only applicable to the holder of an eligible BOC Credit Card issued in Hong Kong, and is not applicable to the holder of US Dollar Card, credit cards issued in Macau, Purchasing Card, Intown Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card, Private Label Card and Cash Rebate program participants.
   
2. Redeemed Gift Points will be instantly deducted from the participating account(s).
   
3. Gift Points can be converted to instant cash discount on the basis of every 200 Gift Points equals to HK$1 instant cash discount upon patronage at the Super Star Seafood Restaurant, the remaining amount must be settled by an eligible BOC Credit Card.
   
4. Gift Points for redemption can only be pooled by a Main Cardholder using the applicable card or such other related personal and additional card accounts. The offer is not applicable to additional cardholders. Where the Gift Points required for redemption are inadequate, Card Centre will deduct such Gift Points as may be available from other card account(s) of the same cardholder; gift points will be deducted from the related card account(s) by the computer system in the priority of their closest expiry date.
   
5. Gift Points valid for the Wing Wah promotion redemption are those posted on the latest account monthly statement(s). Where the Gift Points available are inadequate to cover a redemption order, Card Centre will debit HK$228 (for White Lotus Paste Moon Cake Redemption), HK$218 (for Lotus Seed Paste Moon Cake redemption) or HK$198 (for Snowy Fantasy redemption) or HK$90 (for 2 packs of mini pack of Snowy Fantasy redemption) to the Cardholder's specified card account for each redemption order.
   
6. Gift Points valid for Super Star Seafood Restaurant promotion redemption are those posted on the latest account monthly statement(s). Where the Gift Points available are inadequate to cover a redemption order, Card Centre will debit HK$101 (for White Lotus Seeds Paste Mooncake with Whole Egg Yolk & Gold Foil redemption) or HK$136 (for White Lotus Seeds Paste Mooncake with Double Egg Yolk redemption) or HK$378 (for Premium Abalone in Oyster Sauce) to the Cardholder's specified card account for each redemption order.
   
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with the other special offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is not transferable.
   
8. For Cardholders who redeem the selected items by manually filling in a "Wing Wah Moon Cake Redemption Form" or "Super Star Seafood Restaurant Mid-Autumn Items Redemption Form", the redeemed Gift Points will be deducted within 6 weeks of redemption.
   
9. Once the redemption order has been accepted, no request for alteration, refund or cancellation will be allowed. The redemption fee and the Gift Points deducted will not be returned.
