Terms and Conditions for "BOC Singapore Airlines Visa Platinum Card Take-Off Lucky Draw":

1. This promotion is applicable to holders ('cardholders') of BOC Singapore Airlines Visa Platinum Card approved on or before 31 October, 2010.
   
2. Eligible transactions must be made from 20 July, 2010 to 31 October, 2010 and posted on or before 8 November, 2010. Every net spending of HK$500 per retail transactions by either the main or the additional cardholder is entitled to one lucky draw chance, and two lucky draw chances for every net spending of HK$1,000 per retail transaction and so on. Each individual BOC Singapore Airlines Visa Platinum cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 50 lucky draw chances.
   
3. A total of 5 main cardholders will be drawn as winners for this promotion. Each winner will receive 100,000 KrisFlyer miles. Each main cardholder is entitled to a maximum of one prize within for this lucky draw.
   
4. Eligible transactions include retail spending/cash advance (annual fee, financial charge, late fee, handling fee, Balance Transfer, Cash Before Card, Installment Program, online Bill Payment/ purchases, mail order, phone purchase, overseas transaction, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, gift redemption, investment and any other transactions without sales slip are all excluded). Fraudulent, unauthorized, cancelled or refunded transactions are not eligible.
   
5. Only posted transaction with physical sales slips in support are eligible for this promotion.
   
6. Eligible retail purchase transaction emanating from the main and the additional cardholder(s) will be consolidated in the main card account for the purpose of this promotion.
   
7. Only cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing during the promotional period and at the time of the prize(s) being awarded will be eligible for claiming the prize(s). If a cardholder gives up the prize or where the eligibility for the prize is forfeited, BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") reserves the right to retract the prize(s) from the winners or charge the relevant prize value directly to the credit card account for an awarded but subsequently forfeited prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and are not transferable.
   
8. On 22 November, 2010 all prizes will be randomly drawn by the Company using its own computer. Lucky draw results will be posted on the 1 December, 2010 in the South China Morning Post and the Wen Wei Po.
   
9. Lucky draw winners will be notified individually by mail.
   
10. The prize of 100,000 KrisFlyer miles each will be posted to the winner's valid KrisFlyer membership account by Singapore Airlines Limited (the 'Merchant') latest by 31 December, 2010.
    
11. Cardholders are required to retain the original copy of sales slips for retail purchase/ cash advance. If there is any dispute, the Company reserves the right to request cardholders to provide the original sales slips and other supporting document or proof. Where there is a reversal of any transaction(s) for which a draw has been made, the Cardholder is required to reimburse the Company with the entire amount of the relevant offer. The Company reserves the right to charge the relevant amount directly to the credit card account without prior notice. The value of each "BOC Singapore Airlines Visa Platinum Card Take-Off Lucky Draw" prize is HK$8,250.
    
12. Should the winning card account be canceled or in violation of the Card User Agreement when the prize is being awarded, the eligibility will be forfeited.
    
13. Employees of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited and of its Group members (including the Company) and the Merchant are not eligible for participation in the lucky draw.
    
14. The prizes are offered by the Merchant. The Company accepts no responsibility and no liability for any matters relating to the prize(s) including products and services provided by the Merchant.
    
15. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice but all such changes will be subject to advance notice to and acceptance by the Commissioner for Television and Entertainment Licensing.
