Please be informed that with effect from 15th December, 2010 (the "effective date"), the Cash Advance Handling Fee, Late Charge and Overlimit Handling Fee will be adjusted as follows:
 Cash Advance Handling Fee ˇV subject to a minimum of HK$70
Late Charge ˇV subject to a minimum of HK$180 and a maximum of HK$250
Overlimit Handling Fee ˇV HK$180 per statement period
The following amendments will be made to the User Circular. For details, please browse the page of Important Documents and Forms of our website for the revised version.

Please note that the above amendments shall be binding on you if you continue to use or maintain your credit card and/or account with us on or after the effective date. Please also note your right of termination under the relevant User Agreement if you do not accept the above amendments.
