BOC Credit Card e-Statement Service Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 21 January 2011 to 31 March 2011 (both dates inclusive).
   
2. This promotion is exclusively available to holders of BOC Credit Card, BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong, Intown Card and BOC Express Cash Revolving Credit (USD Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC ESSO MasterCard, BOC Commercial Card, Private Label Card, Purchasing Card, Credit Card issued in Mainland China and Macau are all excluded).
   
3. During the promotion period all eligible main cardholders ('cardholders') as defined in Clause 2 above will be automatically entered in a lucky draw upon first time registration for choosing not to receive hard copy of monthly statement by mail for each card account. Cardholders having switched to e-statement will be automatically entered in the next round(s) of lucky draw, regardless of whether the cardholders have won in any previous round(s) of the draw. No maximum draw entry is set for each cardholder. Additional cardholders are not eligible for lucky draw entry.
   
4. 10 winners will be drawn each week during the promotion period and each will be awarded a Samsung S2 (1G) MP3.Lucky draw chances will be rolled over automatically to the next rounds of lucky draw, regardless of whether cardholders have won in any previous rounds of the draw. Each eligible card account can be awarded once in the "weekly lucky draw".
   
5. All cardholders who make first time registration for choosing not to receive hard copy of monthly statements by mail will be automatically entered in the final lucky draw. 3 winners will be drawn in the final lucky draw and each will be awarded 200,000 reward gift points. Each cardholder can be awarded once in the final lucky draw.
   
6. Total 103 winners will be drawn for this promotion which includes 100 weekly lucky draw winners and 3 final lucky draw winners.
   
7. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Company") will carry out all draws, the weekly as well as the final draw, randomly by computer on 27 April 2011. The draw results will be announced on 6 May 2011 in the South China Morning Post and the Wen Wei Po after verification. All winners will be notified individually by mail once the draw results have been verified correct.
   
8. Weekly lucky draw winners are required to collect their draw prize on the date as specified by the Company or else the prize will be cancelled as unclaimed.
   
9. The 200,000 Reward Gift Points prize of the final draw will be credited to each winner's card account by the end of May 2011.
   
10. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or convertible into cash or other prizes. All "Free Spending Credit" lucky draw prize awarded is meant strictly for retail spending and cannot be used to offset cash advances, financial charges or any outstanding balance.
    
11. Reward Gift Points are not applicable to BOC Express Cash Revolving Credit or "Cash Rebate" program participants. Gift point prizes awarded to BOC Express Cash Revolving Credit or "Cash Rebate" program participants will be converted to free spending credit with similar pecuniary value as the awarded gift points and will be credited into the main card account.
    
12. All winner accounts must be valid, in good standing throughout the entire promotion period and at the time of the prize being awarded will be eligible for claiming the prize(s). If a cardholder account is cancelled or in violation of the Card User Agreement during the promotion or at the time when the prize is being awarded, the eligibility will be forfeited.
    
13. Fraud and abuse will result in the forfeiture of a cardholder's eligibility for this promotion as well as cancellation of a cardholder's credit card(s). The Company further reserves the right to charge the equivalent monetary value of any prize(s) so awarded directly to the credit card account without prior notice and/or take such legal actions as may be appropriate in such instances.
    
14. The usage of reward gift points are subject to BOC Credit Card "Gift Point Catalogue" and / or any usage offer with specific terms and conditions being applied from time to time.
    
15. Employees of Bank of China (Hong Kong) and member of BOCHK Group (inclusive of BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd) are all not eligible for the lucky draws.
    
16. If a cardholder account reverts or has reverted to hard copy statement on or before 27 April 2011, the eligibility will be forfeited.
    
17. The Company is not the supplier of the draw prizes other than the Reward Gift Points and will not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any dispute arising from the draw prizes should be resolved between the customers and the relevant supplier.
    
18. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice but all such changes, suspensions, terminations or amendments will be subject to advance notice to and acceptance by the Commissioner for Television and Entertainment Licensing.
    
19. In case of any disputes, the records of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
    
20. Trade Promotion Competition License number is 35557.
    
21. If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
