Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is applicable to holders of BOC Credit Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo (USD Cards, BOC Great Wall International Card, Purchase Cards, Intown Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Cards, Esso Private Label Card and Credit Cards issued in Macau are all excluded).
   
2. The promotion period runs from 1 June 2010 to 31 July 2010 (both dates inclusive) (the 'promotion period').
   
3. BOC Credit Cardholders who use their PPS account to settle successfully their BOC Credit Card statement balance for the first time with at least HK$20 (the bill with neither previous bill registration nor payment via PPS) will be automatically enrolled into a lucky draw.
   
4. A total of 5 main cardholder winners will be drawn for this promotion. Each main cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 1 prize within the promotion period. Eligible transactions emanating from the main and the additional cardholders will be treated as having originated from one and the same main card account.
   
5. The Lucky Draw will take place on 20 August, 2010. Its completion and results will be published in the Hong Kong Economic Times and the Standard on 30 August, 2010.
   
6. All winners will be notified individually by mail.
   
7. Only those cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the entire promotion period and at the time of the prize being awarded will be eligible for claiming the prize(s). If a cardholder account is cancelled or in violation of the Card User Agreement during the promotion or at the time when the prize is being awarded, the eligibility will be forfeited.
   
8. Employees of Bank of China Group of companies including the BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the 'Company') and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Ltd are all excluded from this promotion.
   
9. The Company and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Ltd reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion or amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice but all such changes, suspensions, terminations or amendments will be subject to advance notice to and acceptance by the Commissioner for Television and Entertainment Licensing.
   
10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Ltd.

12. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
